As the year has progressed I have gotten to know you, but here is a little bit about me! Here are some of my favorite websites that I use daily!
One of my favorite websites to use is Stumbleupon. This website gathers your interests based on categories that you want (some examples: comedy, drama, adventure) and sends you to some of the best pages on the Internet! By hitting the StumbleUpon button, you are brought to a variety of websites, videos, and photos. It is a really cool and fun way to discover new ideas and a wide range of information!!
Another website that I always use is Imgur! Imgur provides you with the most viral photos on the internet! These images can be hilarious, cute, inspiring and informative. From
stories of personal transformation to current events, pop culture, and more, Imgur has an image for everyone!
It also provides you with an opportunity to upload your own photos, to share, and discover!
The final website that I love to use is National Geographic! This website provides photos, videos and articles based on geography, archaeology, and
the promotion of environmental and historical conservation. It allows you to explore the various components of the world today with up to date information!

Hi Grade 8's!!
Its that time of year where we will be completing some major projects! Many of you have been asking for a new way to present your upcoming "Science Inquiry." One resource that I have come across is Piktochart which shows you how to create an infographic! Infographics are all about using pictures and words to effectively create a presentation creatively! You might have noticed that I use this to create my own slideshows! Piktochart provides you with a variety of unique templates that you can use to input your material and adjust it to your liking! Do not forget to save throughout!
